Initial setup and macOS permissions

Download NotchDo, open it for the first time, and allow notifications so reminders can reach you.

Download and open NotchDo

Get NotchDo from the Mac App Store (requires macOS 15.0 or later), then launch it from Applications. Version 1.0 is a one-time purchase of US $9.99.

Allow notifications

When macOS asks on first launch, allow notifications so NotchDo can deliver task reminders. NotchDo does not require Accessibility or any other macOS permissions.

Manage notifications later

To change notification settings at any time, open System Settings → Notifications → NotchDo and adjust alerts, banners, and sounds to your preference.

Note

iCloud is automatic

NotchDo syncs through iCloud by default. Make sure you are signed into iCloud in System Settings → Apple ID. If there is an issue with your iCloud account, NotchDo will let you know.
