If tasks take a while to appear on another Mac, here is what to check.

Step 1

iCloud sync is always on

NotchDo uses iCloud by default — there is no toggle to enable or disable it. The app is designed to work with iCloud out of the box. If your iCloud account has issues, NotchDo will inform you.

Step 2

Be patient on first sync

Sync can take 5–10 minutes sometimes, especially on first setup or with a slow connection. Keep both Macs online and give it time before assuming something is wrong.

Step 3

Confirm the same Apple ID

On both Macs, open System Settings → Apple ID and verify you are signed in with the same account and iCloud Drive is enabled.

If sync still fails

Quit and reopen NotchDo on both Macs. If the problem persists, reinstall the app from the Mac App Store. Note that reinstalling may result in data loss, so only do this as a last resort.
