Step 1
No setup required
iCloud sync is on by default. Install NotchDo on each Mac while signed into the same Apple ID and your tasks sync automatically — no settings to configure.

Step 2
Open NotchDo on each Mac
Launch the app at least once on a new Mac so it can connect to iCloud and pull your existing tasks and cards.

Edit on any Mac
Changes made on one machine sync to the others. Allow up to 5–10 minutes for updates to appear, depending on your network.

No device limits
There are no restrictions on how many Macs you can sync. NotchDo does not run its own servers — everything goes through Apple's iCloud.
